3. Special Conditions

A travel agency must be formed as an Professional license with local as a service agent.
The manager of the company must have at least 3 years of experience certificate if he/she holds a bachelor’s degree or 5 years experience certificate if the manager holds a secondary certificate.
One add-on paper, namely an approval on behalf of the Emirate's Department of Civil Aviation, is necessary to receive a license as a travel agent.
If you choose an inbound/outbound tour operator, a feasibility study report highlighting the benefits of the tourism sector in the country is needed.
An irrevocable bank guarantee in the name of DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) provided by any bank in Dubai for an inbound tour operator.
An irrevocable bank guarantee in the name of DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) provided by any bank in Dubai for an outbound tour operator is Dh 200,000.
Any bank in Dubai should grant a Dh 100,000 irrevocable bank guarantee in the name of the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) for a travel agent activity. For this activity, there is no need for insurance or a feasibility study report. If all three operations are used, the gross bank guarantee is Dh 400,000.
4. Submit your application and supporting documents.
