PHARMACY LICENSE IN DUBAI

1. Pharmacy License Registration in Dubai

The procedures for obtaining a pharmacy license in Dubai are shown below:

  1. Fill out the license application form and email it to the Health Regulation Department (HRD). The program contains the following features:

When it comes to starting a pharmacy business in Dubai, the Dubai Health Authority has a few criteria that you should be aware of.

  • The licence must include the pharmacy's name and address, the DED licence number, and the validity date of the licence.

  • The DHA pharmacy license must be prominently displayed in the establishment.

  • The pharmacy must therefore clearly display the facility's operating hours.

  • If you're renting a space for a pharmacy, the total area should be at least 30 square meters.

  • A local UAE supporter is expected to obtain a trade license for your company if you are working on the mainland, in addition to the DHA license

Pharmacy License Renewal in Dubai

The steps for renewal of pharmacy license are as follows:

1. Up to 90 days before the license expires, a renewal application must be sent through the ‘Sheryan' e-licensing scheme.

2. The license shall meet all conditions for renewal.

3. Failure to extend the license would result in the existing licence expiring on its last effective date. And the pharmacy will face financial fines as a result.

4. After meeting the HRD criteria for re-licensure assessment, the DHA Pharmacy license will be extended for a year.

5. A pharmacy license that has not been extended for six months will be found null and void.
