STEPS WHILE APPLYING FOR THE LICENSE:

Obtain an eye examination from a licensed external optician. You cannot get a limousine license in Dubai unless you have a positive eye test result.
To the Road Transport Authority (RTA) department, submit the necessary documents. If you apply to a driving school, the school will deal with the RTA on your behalf.
The RTA will issue you a temporary driver's license. During your lesson, you'll need to keep the RTA's temporary license on you at all times.
After you've completed your preparation, you will apply for your theory test, which will ask you to answer 35 questions. This test will take place in one of the five approved driving schools. You'll need to bring a valid ID, two pictures, and your temporary driver's license.
