GENERAL TRADING LICENSE

MANUFACTURING LICENSE
After a project has been approved by a free zone authority, implemented, and fully insured for human resources and machinery, a manufacturing license can be obtained. Besides, support for a manufacturing license is contingent on:

PROCEDURE
The benefits of forming a business in Fujairah and its free zones are numerous. However, there are a few steps that must be followed to register a business in this Emirate. The procedure usually entails identifying your business activity, registering your company or trade name, submitting legal documents to the appropriate authorities, and applying for visas (if necessary).
It's also worth noting that the specifics of the business setup process are highly dependent on the types of licenses and permits sought, as well as the types of businesses to be established.
Obtain Fujairah Municipality's primary approval for the name and activity.
If your business is one-of-a-kind, you'll need permission from the relevant Ministry or Department.
Make a Memorandum of Association for the company and have it notarized by the courts.
Banks provide capital contribution certificates for cash shares, and auditors provide certificates for both cash and kind shares.
To the Municipality, submit applications and preliminary approval, as well as a notarized copy of the Memorandum of Association, tenancy contract, capital certificate, and other documents.
The trade name will be entered in the Commercial Register and its Memorandum of Association will be printed in the Ministry of Economy Bulletin after it has been examined by the permissible department. The license will then be issued by the municipality.
